Our Australian Wagyu Beef Slices (MBS8+) are excellent as an “everyday” beef because it is very versatile. The higher marbling also means that you can use the leftover fat for cooking. This fat is known as unsaturated fat and contains Omega 6 and 3 oils
You can cook these slices in a stir-fry, hotpot, sukiyaki or shabu shabu. You can also grill these slices on a charcoal grill or even just on a cast iron skillet, and then you can wrap some enoki mushrooms or vegetables and sauces with them and eat it as a mini-wrap You can even cook these slices and then shred them and add them into salads!
The marbling on these Australian Wagyu Beef Slices means that they’re more tender than the average supermarket beef and will be easy to pull apart once cooked.
