Delivery Details

All products and prices quoted are delivered only to Sydney and Melbourne Metropolitan areas.

All orders are transported via refrigerated vehicles that conform and are licenced with current Australian food safety standards and requirements.

If arrive and there is nobody to take delivery. Your order will be returned to our cold store and re-delivered the following day (subject to location delivery schedule), and an additional re-delivery fee will apply.

When can I pick up my order?

The cut-off time is 12:00 noon every Friday; orders before that can be picked up NEXT week.

Thursday to Saturday – Between 11 am to 8 pm

No pick-ups are available on Sunday.

No pick-ups are available on Public Holidays.

The minimum order online is $50.

When can I pick up my order?

Place your order anytime before 12 noon and pick it up the next day during the below times.

Tuesday to Friday – Between 1 pm to 4 pm

No pick-ups are available on Saturday & Sunday.

No pick-ups are available on Public Holidays.

Please note: All our products are prepared to order, so to avoid disappointment, please order online or contact us before you visit our warehouse.

Refund Policy

You are NOT entitled to a refund in the following cases:

・You just changed your mind.
・You found the product cheaper at another store.
・We cannot accept any changes, cancellations or re-schedules that occur within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery/ pick-up.
・We provided the correct item and it was fresh when you received it, but you subjectively don’t like it after received or ate the item. (Example: Thinking of the item was too fat,too thin, too tough or too soft.)
・Customers bought wrong items by themselves.
・You refuse to return the product to our warehouse(Osawa Enterprises does not do the return item pick up. )
・You did not pick up your order due to your own reasons after we made it for you.
・You did not receive the order due to your own reasons when we delivered for you.
・For all the cooking equipment, once it has been used, no return or exchange will be accepted.
・No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
・No returns will be accepted if the product is not in original package.
