Shabu Shabu is a Japanese hot pot dish known for two things: a delicious savoury flavour, and the most fun you can have while cooking dinner!
Shabu Shabu starts with slices of tender meat and fresh vegetables cooked together in a large open pot. Unlike other types of hot pot – where ingredients are cooked together before serving – here, ingredients are served raw and cooked tableside during the meal.
