Delivery Details

All products and prices quoted are delivered only to Sydney and Melbourne Metropolitan areas.

All orders are transported via refrigerated vehicles that conform and are licenced with current Australian food safety standards and requirements.

If we arrive and there is nobody to take delivery, your order will be returned to our cold store and re-delivered the following day (subject to location delivery schedule) and an additional re-delivery fee will apply.

Melbourne

As part of our launch into Melbourne we are taking early access orders from Melbourne for all products. The minimum order value must be over $150 for door to door delivery.

When do we deliver to Melbourne?

Until our Warehouse is up and running in September Melbourne orders can take up to 7-10 days for delivery.  The cut-off time is 12:00 noon every Friday, orders before that will be delivered NEXT week. Once you place your order our friendly customer service team will be in touch to confirm your delivery date.

When do we deliver to your suburb?

Due to challenges posed by COVID 19 we are operating with an adjusted delivery schedule until further notice. 

Below is our delivery schedule for Sydney Metropolitan suburbs. 

All orders placed by 12 noon (Monday~Friday) will be delivered on the next SCHEDULED delivery day for your suburb.

Monday

Northwest, Northshore and Northern Beaches. 

Tuesday

Southern Sydney, Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs. 

Wednesday

Inner West, Parramatta Western Suburbs. 

Thursday

Northwest, Northshore, and Northern Beaches. 

Friday

Southern Sydney, Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs.

Saturday

Inner West, Parramatta Western Suburbs. 

Minimum Order

The minimum order online is $50.

Under $100 - Delivery charge is $15 inc GST
Over $100- FREE Delivery.
