We have teamed up with one of our favourite customers: An Viet, the most famous Vietnamese restaurant across Sydney.
Their signature deep beefy MSG-free soup combine with premium raw beef slices, rice noodles. We can enjoy a traditional pho at home.
1. Pour soup base and 1.5L water into the pot, bringing to boil.
2. Poke a hole in the noodle bag, do not cut them open. Heat in the microwave at high heat for 2 minutes. Then turn the other side, heat for further 2 minutes. Check if the softness is satisfied; if not, heat for further 2 minutes.
3. Place noodles evenly into 3 noodle bowls, then top with meat, onion, and shallots.
4. Pour the boiling soup over the noodle bowl.
5.Serve hot with the sauce and fresh herbs provided.
